Nidhi Bavdhankar
Founder
Nidhi holds a degree in Architecture from Mumbai University and boasts a rich and diverse professional background spanning two decades. Her career has been marked by leadership roles in esteemed organizations like Cushman Wakefield (C&W), DTZ, ICICI Bank, Jones Lang Lasalle (JLL), and Phoenix Group, where she played a pivotal role in shaping corporate infrastructure during the advent of the new age.
Throughout her corporate journey, Nidhi has been recognized for her creative prowess and seasoned expertise in Real Estate, Architecture, Interior Planning, and Project Management. She has successfully led and managed large-scale projects for renowned clients such as Apple, Accenture, Sapient, Convergys, Dupont, GE, Accor, American Embassy School, and Religare Group. Being a part of the “Talent Pool” in each organization, Nidhi has consistently brought innovation, standardized processes, and established brand identity.
Her achievements include managing green/brown field/fit-out projects totaling over 5 million square feet across various sectors like IT Parks, commercial offices, educational buildings, data centers, healthcare, and retail banking. She is particularly acknowledged for her expertise in cost optimization within real estate and the efficient operations of Project Management Offices (PMOs) across India. As a Fellow of the Indian Institute of Architects (IIA) and a member of the Council of Architecture (COA), Nidhi has contributed significantly to the field.
Beyond her project management responsibilities, she has authored process notes on project management and played a key role in introducing online platforms as a comprehensive technological solution to address the infrastructure needs of organizations.
